The IRS claims to have sent my refund at the end of February but I have yet to receive any money from TurboTax. The payment for the services was to be taken from the refund, so I have no idea what is going on over there. Can't seem to get a hold of a person to talk about this either, your chat bot does nothing helpful.

Not helpful, don't appreciate the copy/paste. The IRS sent you my refund over a month ago, now it's on TurboTax to send it to me. The state had no problem receiving my payment so I know the routing number is correct.
TurboTax does not receive any kind of tax refund, federal or state.
If you requested to have the TurboTax account fees deducted from your federal tax refund, the IRS will send the refund to a third party processor to have the fees and the service charge deducted. The third party processor will deduct the TurboTax fees plus the service charge and then attempt to direct deposit the remaining refund balance into the account that you entered on your tax return.
