They say it’s sent on 3/8/23 and if I haven’t received it yet, I should ask the tax preparer. I double check my bank account info and it’s correct. I don’t know if I should wait more.

Did you request to have your TurboTax account fees paid from the federal tax refund? If so -
If you requested to have the TurboTax account fees deducted from your federal tax refund, the IRS will send the refund to a third party processor to have the fees and the service charge deducted. The third party processor will deduct the TurboTax fees plus the service charge and then attempt to direct deposit the remaining refund balance into the account that you entered on your tax return.
For the status of your tax refund you will need to contact the third party processor, Santa Barbara Tax Product Group, using their website - https://www.sbtpg.com/

Thank you so so much! I’ve just checked it now and it says my federal refund’s already deducted and the remaining refund’s sent into my account. Do you think I should ask the bank?
It may take your financial institution 1 – 5 days to deposit the funds into your account. If you haven't received your refund in your account after the 5 day waiting period, you can call the IRS. IRS representatives will be able to research the status of your refund if your return was accepted (received) more than 21 calendar days ago. The number to call them at is 1-800-829-1040. The preparer, Turbotax CPA or Enrolled Agent or otherwise, gets no info on the refund. if you used Turbotax and asked to pay your fees from your refund or had a refund advance, the direct deposit first goes to a 3rd party bank to split the IRS refund amount between what you get and what Turbotax gets and then your portion is forwarded on to your account. I would give it another week if you used Turbotax or one of their preparers.
@Hyunjin If the refund was sent today you should wait 5 to 10 days before checking for a deposit on your bank account.
