My wife & I received a notice from the IRS telling us we owe over $3,500 in income taxes for the year 2008. After we logged into the IRS website, we saw the IRS does not have a return on file for 2008.
We completed and signed both state and federal tax returns for 2008, but we can only assume the CPA we used at that time did not mail our returns. We did not owe any state or federal income tax for 2008 either.
So where do we mail copies of our tax returns to? We've lived in the state of Virginia since 2004; can we file using TurboTax? We found this page on the IRS website, but no mailing address listed.

Thanks in advance for your help, and I'll keep searching online.
