After this point, the system says they do not recognize my entry because I did not order a card, so I am only assuming that if you ordered a card they should either give you an option to get a new one sent or allow you to speak to an agent.
It should arrive within 5-10 business days. That does not count weekends and holidays. If it has been longer than 5-10 business days and you still haven't received it, please call Customer Support.

listen i didnt recieve my card the first time at all and waited a month, then i reordered it last wensday and paid 15 bucks for fedex shipping. They still didnt even send the card yet, ten days after the fact. I doubt ill ever recieve my card. I have over a grand sitting in account that will really help me right now and this POS company wont release my funds. They can use my money for monthly charges, ect but i cannot for ''security reasons'' yeah right more like they want to keep hitting you with fees. I might not ever get this card and if i do it wont be for a while and ill prolly be struggling for the next 3 months because this company is a greedy mess.

How do you respond to a post when you have no clue what you are talking about?? Some expert you are! I have not received my card. It's been 2 months. I followed your directions. It doesn't recognize birthdates as valid. Keeps asking you to punch in social security number, zip code and birthday over and over. Then it tells you to call back when you have the correct numbers and hangs up. No redirect or anything. What a scam. How are they still in business for this crap?
The automated system says my birthdate is invalid. So I cant go further. It hangs up on you after 3 failed attempts. Corporate office number has me on hold for 2 hrs and then hangs up. Is there a way to get my money back and not go through green dot? This is ridiculous and it is crucial time for us to have access!

If you need to find your card account number, look at the bottom of your 1040 tax return in the direct deposit area.
