If you filed in the beginning of February, your state might not have been accepting e-files yet. Are you sure your state e-file was accepted?
Federal and state refunds come from completely separate entities, There is no rule as to which one will come first or how much time there will be between their arrivals. Some states process returns quickly and some are very slow.

Did you e-file your state tax return and was it accepted?
Only the IRS and your State control when and if a Federal or State tax refund is Approved and Issued.
You complete your tax return by finishing all 3 Steps in the File section. In Step 3, to e-file your tax return, you must click on the large button labeled "Transmit my returns now".
After completing the File section and e-filing your tax return you will receive two emails from TurboTax. The first email when your tax return was transmitted and the second email when the tax return has either been accepted or rejected.
Note - Once a tax return has been Accepted by the IRS or a State, TurboTax receives no further information concerning the tax return or the status of any tax refund. Only the taxpayer listed on the tax return can obtain the status of a tax refund or a tax return.
To check the status of an e-filed return, open up your desktop product or log into your TurboTax Online Account. You can find your status within the TurboTax product.

It all depends on the state for when they process the refund or notify you if there is a problem.
Your best option is call the state on Tuesday -https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/state-taxes/contact-state-department-revenue/L9qVToi02_US_en_US?uid=m0jv689n
What does the tracking for your state refund say? Use the link that xmasbaby0 and DoninGA gave you for tracking it. The tracking is separate from the e-file status.
How do I track my state refund?
Double-check the entire transaction history of your bank account from February to today to make sure the state refund isn't there. It could have come at a very different time from the federal refund. It could even have come before the federal refund.
You do not get a notification from TurboTax or the state when your state refund is deposited.
Looking at your screen shot, it looks like you searched your bank transactions for the word "tax." The state refund deposit doesn't necessarily have the word "tax" in the description. Browse through the entire transaction history to see if the deposit is there. Or try searching for "ref" or "refund" or the two-letter abbreviation for your state. We don't know what the description would be.
