I paid for TurboTax premium last year and no one is assisting me. It says my tax return from last year was accepted, but I never received a payment or confirmation email.

I am very upset that you would make me pay more to receive assistance when I paid $250 last year and never received my return.

If you need assistance with locating your federal refund from last year, the IRS can provide some light on this: How do I contact the Internal Revenue Service (IRS)?
