I went thru BBB and finally got the answers needed. Here's the number to Green Dot Corp. office you all [phone number removed] push 1 then enter ext 3890 you'll be on hold awhile but promise they'll make sure you get your card.
I had same problem til I reported them to BBB then I was able to get their corporate office number. It's [phone number removed] press 1 then enter ext 3890 you'll be on hold awhile but you'll get to speak to a real human lol. They will expedite you a card with tracking number you'll get it in 3 biz days
That's exactly what i did, i filed a complaint with BBB and i was able to reach someone! They fed ex my card!!
I never received my refund card.When I call the 800 number it says you have two cards with us please enter the number I can’t in remember if I don’t have the card

When you call the customer service number, try selecting the option your refund was placed onto a card you do not own. This will get you connected to the fraud department, where you can speak with a live agent.

Your Turbo Prepaid card should arrive in the mail within 5-10 business days. If it has been longer than 5-10 business days, please contact Turbo Prepaid Visa at (888) 285-4169. You can also report your card lost or stolen through this link.
If you need to find your card account number, look at the bottom of your 1040 tax return in the direct deposit information.
I still cannot get through to a live agent no matter what I press and I need my card to access that money. Can anyone help?
Try this:
Ignore the prompt asking for your card number. Choose #1 for lost, stolen, or cards never received, then choose #2 for cards never received, enter SS# when prompted and continue following the instructions.

Follow the steps below. Listen to the recording (you cannot skip it) Press 2 to continue using the automated system. The system will ask you to enter your 16 digit card number or if you don't know it, enter your social security number (do not enter either one of these) The system will then say " To report a card lost, stolen, or never received, Press 1", then press 1 Press 2 for the option of " have not yet received your card". Next you will be prompted to enter your social security number, zip code, and birthday. At this point the system should give you an option to get a new card sent or allow you to speak to an agent.
Please note: It may take over an hour to get your call answered as the phone lines are extremely busy at this time of year.
