You can not call that number it says they are not offering services at this time
Absolutly nothing i will never use turbo tax again im having the same problem and no one will **bleep**ing answer or help

If you no longer have access to your Turbo Visa Debit Card, you have two options:
1) If you have registered your card and know your login credentials, you can request a replacement card by signing in to your Turbo Visa Debit Card account https://secure.turbodebitcard.intuit.com/account/report-lost-or-stolen.
2) If you don’t know your account login information, call 888-285-4169 for assistance.
You will not be charged for a replacement card or check; standard fees will be waived or refunded to you.
If calling, please be patient. It might take a number of attempts to get through.

It's been 10days and still I have not received my prepaid visa TurboTax card from the IRS, Green Dot Bank, or TurboTax,

My card never came in mail ? I no longer stay at that address is there a way i can get a replacement card or if it hasnt been delivered to listed address can I change the delivery address

No you cam not reach anybody. I filed and on 2/4/21 they stated my card was mailed out. Tried to be patient and wait. Well my stimulus was also direct deposited to that account on 3/12/21. I still have not received a card as of that date and apparently the virtual temporary card is only goos for 15-30 days. I have called no resolution. I have chatted and you put your question in and it has you waiting for about 5-10 min the it says chat ended. Therefore you never get to anybody. Turbo Card and Green Dot bank are a []joke
