You will not be able to add it to your already filed return unless that return ends up being rejected; once a return is accepted, you will need to amend the return to include the additional W2. The FAQ below provides those steps:

There is no refund status for me no more. It says information not found. And my credit karma dont show the amount and estimated date anymore. What's that mean?
