Did you also claim yourself?  If you actually submitted and efiled it you can not stop it.  If she filed first and claimed you then your return will reject.  Then you can fix yours and resend it.  If you filed first her return will reject and she will have to print and mail her return.  Then you will have to mail in an amended 1040X return to correct yours.
