I'm trying to file my tax returns, but my dad already claimed me and used my SSN while filing his, so that mean I can't get my money I earned while working under 18

If you are under 19 he can claim you no matter how much you make.  On your return you will have to check the box that says you can be claimed on someone else's return.

If you made less than 12,200 you will get back all the W2 withholding in boxes 2 and 17.  If you made over 12,200 you owe tax on the amount over 12,200.

If you are not living in his home for six months, he cannot.
