I'm caught in an infinite loop that won't let me print my return and file by mail

Have you paid the Turbo Tax fees by credit card?  You can't have it deducted from your refund unless you efile. Are you getting an error message or what exactly is happening?

When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s. Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS received the return. Don’t forget state.

Important! Mail Federal and State in separate envelopes and mail each year in separate envelopes.

Woe is me. I should have looked at all these issues before choosing TT. I use QB and have always like Intuit but I can't finish my return. Do we have to bring suit to get Intuit to cover penalties or have we signed something to indemnify them.

I am stuck in an endless loop. 

TT says:

Fix federal

File by Mail

Doens't allow file by mail. I want to e-file but i can't get through File and Finish. Why do they not check these issues earlier in the process. The function to fix the issues in Finish and File don't seem to do the trick. Can't get any online or phone support. What a CF!
