TurboTax no longer supports tax year 2013.

There is a service you could use, for a fee, that may be able to provide a print out of the tax return from the tax data file - https://www.taxprinter.com/

some websites might offer the sell you the 2013 cd or download of the app but it's likely not the final version and can not be updated. if you buy it and open your 2013 file you may change what was there.
