I have not received my state return

I received my federal back in march but I haven't received my state yet. I keep getting emails monthly telling me they haven't received all my info yet and when they do they'll send it. So what info do they need? What can I do to get my money?

Read the notice they sent ... if there was something you needed to do then complete the task ASAP otherwise all you can really do is wait if calling doesn't get any results.

You are getting emails from the State? That sounds odd. Or from Turbo Tax? Did you efile state when you filed federal? Was it accepted?

When you efile you get back 2 emails. The first email only confirms the transmission. The second email says if the IRS (or state) Accepted or Rejected your efile.

When you log into your account you should also see the status and if it was Accepted or Rejected, Started, Printed, Ready to Mail, etc. What does it say?
