I have not received my 2018 tax returns and my IRS debt was not paid with them. Where did my 2018 taxt return go?

You cannot get a 2018 tax refund if you have 2018 taxes owed.

To access your current or prior year tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the userID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on Show.  Click on 2018

What is the status of the 2018 federal tax return?  Accepted, Rejected, Printed, Ready to Mail, Started?

It says accepted by federal and state. And I do owe taxes but because of my father's job who said I made 40k in 2014 while I was in high school. Checked the statues of that on the IRS website. And no taxes were taken out and the amount did not decrease. So where would my returns be?  Last year when I filed I spent weeks looking to see if I got them. But I assumed it went straight to the debt I had with them.
