I filed with HnR block because i forgot i went with turbo tax. Can i withdraw with HnR block and go with turbo tax again? i filed on valentines day and still nothing

No, if you have already filed your tax return, you cannot "withdraw' it, and file again.  The service you use to file with does not have anything to do with how long it takes to receive your refund. 

You are not alone in having to wait what seems like an unusually long time for your refund.  In normal times, a 10 week delay would be reason for concern.  But these are not normal times.  The IRS is experiencing  long delays in processing returns and paying refunds, in certain cases.  The best advice I can give, is to wait patiently.

If you file with 2 different places then if one return got accepted the other return will reject.
