I'm still waiting for my 2019 taxes (and refund) to be processed. It doesn't even show it's in their system and yet I have a receipt verification it was received. We have also not received the 2nd or 3rd stimulus, and our 2020 taxes were rejected because the adjusted gross income you need to enter for your 2019 taxes don't match what's in their records...because they haven't processes 2019. I am about to lose my mind with frustration. And there's nobody to help that I've found so far. Best of luck to you!!

Since the IRS has not processed the 2019 tax return they will not have your 2019 AGI in their database.
Enter a 0 (zero) for the 2019 AGI so that you can e-file the 2020 tax return.
Only the IRS can tell you the status of the 2019 federal tax refund.
Call the IRS: 1-800-829-1040 hours 7 AM - 7 PM local time Monday-Friday
When calling the IRS do NOT choose the first option re: "Refund", or it will send you to an automated phone line.
So after first choosing your language, then do NOT choose Option 1 (refund info). Choose option 2 for "personal income tax" instead.
Then press 1 for "form, tax history, or payment".
Then press 3 "for all other questions."
Then press 2 "for all other questions."
- When it asks you to enter your SSN or EIN to access your account information, don't enter anything.
- After it asks twice, you will get another menu.
Press 2 for personal or individual tax questions.
Then press 4 for all other inquiries
It should then transfer you to an agent.
Or you can contact your local IRS office. See this IRS website for local IRS offices - http://www.irs.gov/uac/Contact-Your-Local-IRS-Office-1 or call 1-844-545-5640 to set up an appointment
Yes, I totally understand that about the AGI. I will try to enter 0 and see what happens. Thank you for that info. I wish I could say I hadn't already tried all of that when contacting the IRS. I followed those instructions to a tee...and was being transferred to an agent, only to be told that "due to heavy call volume, I'd have to call back later." This happens every time I call. Our local office is 2 hours away & doesn't accept calls.
