2011  if you're due a refund, forget it.  you're too late.  if you owe you will need to prepare return manually since up to date software to prepare that year is no longer available.      websites may offer cd's for that year but updates and state returns are not available.  you can get that year's forms from IRS website

https://apps.irs.gov/app/picklist/list/priorFormPublication.html;jsessionid=TT6gNNFdm8BnGVWSYIj4CvIF...

2015 also too late to get refund but if you owe

To complete your 2015   thru 2017 tax returns you would need to use the TurboTax CD/Download software. each year is a separate download. TurboTax Online is only available for current year (2018)  tax returns. You can choose the software that best meets your tax needs https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/

Prior year returns cannot be e-filed. You will have to print those returns and file it by mail.    any withholding forms must be attached.

for each year other than 2018 you'll nerd to log into your account(s)  to download that year's  .tax 20XX file

What exactly do you mean by this:

"I filed 2011 2015 2016 2017 in 2018 year return . "

That almost sounds like you put all of your income from those years into one 2018 tax return?  Did you do THAT?  If you did, you cannot file that--it will be a mess.  Each tax year has to be prepared and filed completely separately--in separate mailing envelopes.  And there is software for each specific tax year--you have to use the correct software for each year because the tax laws change and the software is for each specific set of laws.

And as SuperUserHackitoff has already pointed out, you will not receive a tax refund for 2011 or 2015, but if you owe tax due for those years the IRS still want to be paid, and they will calculate and bill you later for the penalty and interest you owe after you pay the tax due as shown on the tax return.

The only tax year that can be prepared using the online software program is 2018, which can still be e-filed until October 15, 2019.  After that a 2018 return must be mailed in.

If you did begin to prepare those tax returns a few years ago and still need to access them in your account, you can still access and complete 2015, 2016, or 2017:

You have to download desktop 2015, 2016, or 2017 software to a full PC or Mac (not to a mobile device) and then print, sign and mail your return.  If you already paid for your TurboTax software, you can contact customer support to push a download of the software to you.

They are available from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific time.

To finish a prior year return started in TT online:https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/2559403-how-do-i-finish-a-prior-year-return-that-i-started-in-turb

When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s.  Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS and/or your state received the return.

As for 2011-- you will not be able to get to the software for it.  You could get the forms from the IRS to prepare by hand and then mail it.

https://www.irs.gov/forms-pubs/prior-year

If you need to purchase and download the software for 2015, 2016, or 2017:

Don' t forget to file your state returns--you have not mentioned your state.  If you live in a state that has a state income tax you need to get caught up with your state returns, too.  You can get forms from the state's tax website:

Did you e-file your tax return and was it accepted?
Only the IRS and your State control when and if a Federal or State tax refund is Approved and Issued.

You complete your tax return by finishing all 3 Steps in the File section. In Step 3, to e-file your tax return, you must click on the large Orange button labeled "Transmit my returns now".

After completing the File section and e-filing your tax return you will receive two emails from TurboTax. The first email when your tax return was transmitted and the second email when the tax return has either been accepted or rejected.

Note - Once a tax return has been Accepted by the IRS or a State, TurboTax receives no further information concerning the tax return or the status of any tax refund.  Only the taxpayer listed on the tax return can obtain the status of a tax refund or a tax return.

To check the status of an e-filed return, open up your desktop product or log into your TurboTax Online Account. You can find your status within the TurboTax product.
If accepted by the IRS use the federal tax refund website to check the refund status - https://www.irs.gov/refunds
If accepted by the state use this TurboTax support FAQ to check the state tax refund status - https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/1899433-how-do-i-track-my-state-refund

After the tax return has been Accepted by the IRS (meaning only that they received the return) it will be in the Processing mode until the tax refund has been Approved and then an Issue Date will be available on the IRS website.
See this IRS website for federal tax refund FAQ's - https://www.irs.gov/refunds/tax-season-refund-frequently-asked-questions
If over 21 days since being Accepted by the IRS and the tax refund is still Processing you can call the IRS and speak with an IRS agent concerning your tax refund.
Call the IRS: 1-800-829-1040 hours 7 AM - 7 PM local time Monday-Friday
When calling the IRS do NOT choose the first option re: "Refund", or it will send you to an automated phone line.
So after first choosing your language, then do NOT choose Option 1 (refund info). Choose option 2 for "personal income tax" instead.
Then press 1 for "form, tax history, or payment".
Then press 3 "for all other questions."
Then press 2 "for all other questions."
- When it asks you to enter your SSN or EIN to access your account information, don't enter anything.
- After it asks twice, you will get another menu.
Then press 2 for personal or individual tax questions.
It should then transfer you to an agent.
Or you can contact your local IRS office. See this IRS website for local IRS offices - http://www.irs.gov/uac/Contact-Your-Local-IRS-Office-1 or call 1-844-545-5640 to set up an appointment
Or you may want to contact a Taxpayer Advocate in your area. See this IRS website for Taxpayer Advocate in your area and a toll free number - http://www.irs.gov/Advocate/Local-Taxpayer-Advocate
