this seems to be a problem...I went back and tried to Efile again, but it says accepted so you cant efile, but the PDF I saved, said i was going to send a check (which I did through the bank, had to punch in the account numbers like 8 times!) has anyone else had this issue?

You will have to cancel the payment for the federal taxes owed.
Go to this IRS website for how to cancel a direct debit payment - https://www.irs.gov/payments/pay-taxes-by-electronic-funds-withdrawal
Once you have the correct bank routing number you can go to the IRS payment website and use Direct Pay for the taxes owed - https://www.irs.gov/payments
You cannot go back and e-file once your returns are in the Accepted status. If you need to make any corrections, you can file an Amended return.
To double-check your payment method, please look at your filing instructions that will print with the worksheets. If it was elected to pay by check, please see this Help Article on how to send payments to the IRS and this Help Article to locate your state's Department of Revenue payment information.

but i made payments to both feds and state...not refunds
the printed thing does not match the app
I confirmed that a direct debit was selected...is it normal for it to take over a week?
after about 4 hours of searching, the routing number for the bank is what google says is the correct BOA routing for my area...but its not the routing BOA has on its website...how do I correct this? I tried to do an amended return, but it zeroed everything and didn't give an option to adjust payment.

Once a tax return has been filed the bank information for direct deposit or direct debit cannot be changed. If the bank information is incorrect the bank will reject the direct deposit of the tax refund. The bank will send the refund back to the IRS. The IRS will mail a refund check to the address on the tax return.
Call your bank and verify that the routing number you entered is correct for your account.
