I never recieved the card my refund was supposed to go on and my refund was taken due to past due tax obligations and now my stimulus payment has been paid and I don't know what card it went on I need to get a replacement card but I dont know card number

It usually takes 5 to 10 business days for the Visa card to come. However, if you have never received your card, please visit TurboPrepaidCard.com or call us toll-free at 1-888- 285-4169 (select, Option 1, then 2) to get a new card sent.

NOTE: Make sure the correct address is on file.

I have not received a credit car for my refund money. I file almost 2 months ago and I never receive the credit card, the worse part is that when I call the [phone number removed] and enter my social and my birthday it says they can't find my account. So where is my tax return money?? it was not direct deposited either. I got not number to call

First, check to see if your refund was issued.  Use the . Where’s My Federal Refund?  tool for updates. 

If your refund has not been processed the card will not have been processed.

Whom to contact depends on whether you signed up for a Turbo Visa Debit Card or a Credit Karma Money Spend Card.
