I didn't receive my refund card. What do I do?

Irs, said turbo tax sent my refund to the account I provided and the bank system was my old job and they sent it back. So I've been trying to locate my refund for months could someone please look into this situation and contact me as soon as possible it would be greatly appreciated. its possible the credit karma account services could be holding it cause I did start paper work on it but changed my mind and just gave them my other account information. just let me know what I need to do to get this matter straighten out....help please
