I am having a similar issue. My refund was sent on February 9th. I have spoken with the IRS twice. They confirmed my money was sent successfully. Somehow I got Santa Barbara on the phone a couple times, but no one knows where my money is. It does not show as received on their website. I have spent a minimum of 10 hours on the phone over the last couple weeks, between TT, SB, and the IRS. I don't know what else to do! Every time I am told someone will get back to me and no one ever does. I have submitted 3 messages on SB website, no reply. Help!!
In this public forum, we do not have access to any information regarding refund processing. It would be necessary to try contacting TPG again for additional information. You can also check out this TPG Help Article to check on your refund again.
File a BBB complaint. Someone actually contacted me directly after I did that, but when i tried to call back...took some hours of course and the person that called me wasn't available. The only thing they did was take my address and i was told that they would contact me when a check was mailed. That was on last Thursday...it is now Wednesday and no sign of check being made or mailed. I'm calling back today.
I have been calling TPG for days. Sitting on hold for hours. Turbo tax is taking a fee from me they should be helping with this issue! I have filed a complaint with the BBB and will never use TT again.

What happens when this 3rd party bank never send us the money we sudnt be responsible for fees if the 3rd party that Turbo is associated with is not responding

There is no law against taking advantage of someone who is foolish enough to pay $39 to borrow $100 for a few days. You approved this multiple times in your tax return.
I didn’t do cash advance I paid a tax expert this year
This my last time using Turbo Tax because I’m disabled and needed those funds
