I am having the same issue. And I see they haven't fixed this for a month now. WOW this is TERRIBLE

On the last page where we are ready to file the taxes, there is a message that says "Form 8915F2-T" is not ready and you cannot file until it's ready. Me and other users are not able to file because of this form but this form is available for weeks now on IRS site.

Yes, Form 8915-F does show as being available on the Form Availability List.  

 

However there are some software updates being implement that have resulted in a delay.  Please check back after 3/8/2024, update your software if you are in the desktop version of the software, and try to proceed with your return.  (If you are online, the software will already have all updates loaded.)

I am using the online version and I am still having this same issue. This screenshot I shared is from the online app.
