I am attempting to search my bank (M&T bank) for the 1099-INT entry but by bank is not showing up. I've tried typing the full and abbreviated names.

Try this and see if this clears the issue for you.  Please log completely out of TurboTax.  Then, in your browser, please clear your cache and delete your cookies.  After this, close completely out of the browser.  Re-open everything including logging back into TurboTax.

If this does not work, you may need to manually enter your 1099-INT.

Thank you. I would like to enter manually but do not have a 1099 due to the interest being so small. Do you have any suggestions?

You can contact your financial institution directly and request they provide you your 1099.
