How to contact stupid turbotax to sue them for **bleep**ing up and not truly delivering my Taxes.

IRS says they never got them. Turbotax just shows that they were delivered. I'll never use TurboTax again and will campaign against tis crappy company for as long as they are in business. I'm sick of bull**bleep** websites that offer services then have no contact path to go after them when they **bleep** up.

@RichCulbertson - calm down...... if you efiled and received the 'accept' notification, the IRS has them.  END OF STORY. it's an IRS issue and not Turbo Tax.

How long you may have to wait: The IRS understands the importance of timely processing of tax returns and refund issuance. We have processed all error free returns received prior to October 2021 and continue to work the returns that need to be manually reviewed due to errors.  We are continuing to reroute tax returns and taxpayer correspondence from locations that are behind to locations where more staff is available, and we are taking other actions to minimize any delays. Tax returns are opened and processed in the order received. As the return is processed, whether it was filed electronically or on paper, it may be delayed because it has a mistake including errors concerning the Recovery Rebate Credit and the Child Tax Credit, is missing information, or there is suspected identity theft or fraud. If we can fix it without contacting you, we will. If we need more information or need you to verify that it was you who sent the tax return, we will write you a letter. The resolution of these issues could take 90 to 120 days depending on how quickly and accurately you respond, and the ability of IRS staff trained and working under social distancing requirements to complete the processing of your return.

Turbotax just shows that they were delivered.

Delivered is not a TT option.  TT notifies you when your return (tax filing) has been Sent, and then when the IRS either Accepts or Rejects it.   And note that the IRS WMR site can sometimes tell you "no record found."

If you used the Online version you can check your efile status here

https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/efile-status-lookup/

When you efile you get back 2 emails.  The first email only confirms the transmission.  The second email says if the IRS (or state) Accepted or Rejected your efile.  And check your spam folder for them.

When you log into your account you should also see the status and if it was Accepted or Rejected, Started, Printed, Ready to Mail, etc.  What does it say?

Keep waiting.   The IRS is taking 6 months or more to process returns this year.  3  weeks (21 days) is just an estimate.
