How soon can I file an AMENDMENT for my recentl 2023 tax refund in TurboTax?

I've been told I have to check IRS site. But there is no info there either. I just received my refund on the bank account but I need to make an amend already.

Wait for the form 1040X.   It becomes available in about a week.
