How long does it take to get a check from tpg

It will be my life’s mission to let everyone know that turbo tax and tpg are thieves and liars and need to be held accountable for playing with peoples money . I made 0 mistakes on my tax returns every single number and letter was correctly placed and triple checked and they still manage to send it to the wrong address and tell me they can’t change it and maybe I should drive to the other state where they sent it and try and get it from some random house ?!!! everytime I talked to them which was like 30 times, was a different answer and they just gave me the run around everytime  . They’ve had my money since feb 24 it’s now April 23 . I want to sue tf outta turbo tax and sAnTa BaRbrA tAX pRoDUcTs gROuP ! The pain and suffering has been real !

Hello all ! After all this bull crap with Sbtpg I finally got my check . They decided to take out $30 for their fees which turbo tax lied about . I’ll never use turbo tax again ! They are scam artist and thieves . And I did not opt for a check . I opted for direct deposit . Anyone taking my money and doing with it as they please is fraudulent to me . It was roughly 5 days after they mailed it when I got it

I was told mine was mailed on 4/8 it is now 4/27. The rep told me I should wait until Friday if bit call back..uggghhh. Is this true?

I just spoke someone after waiting 67 minutes in hold. He was very nice and willing to look into to issue. I told him I sent in the application and didn’t receive a confirmation. He checked and said he saw me email but it takes up to 11 days to process The application and then after that they will reissue a new check. So I won’t be expecting anything for another month. I asked him why does he think our checks all magically disappeared in the mail. He said “ a lot of people have moved” if that’s not the case then maybe the mail truck had a wreck smh 🤦‍♀️! I said that’s a lot of truck accidents based on everyone on turbo tax and he chuckled and said “ ma’am I am sorry I don’t have an answer, but I can assure u that this time around you will receive the check. The problem is not the associates who answer the phone, they just get paid to check and answer calls. This is far bigger and it’s corruption and @TurboTax and TPG should be held accountable.
