I just spoke someone after waiting 67 minutes in hold. He was very nice and willing to look into to issue. I told him I sent in the application and didn’t receive a confirmation. He checked and said he saw me email but it takes up to 11 days to process The application and then after that they will reissue a new check. So I won’t be expecting anything for another month. I asked him why does he think our checks all magically disappeared in the mail. He said “ a lot of people have moved” if that’s not the case then maybe the mail truck had a wreck smh 🤦♀️! I said that’s a lot of truck accidents based on everyone on turbo tax and he chuckled and said “ ma’am I am sorry I don’t have an answer, but I can assure u that this time around you will receive the check. The problem is not the associates who answer the phone, they just get paid to check and answer calls. This is far bigger and it’s corruption and @TurboTax and TPG should be held accountable.
