How long does it take to get a check from tpg

They’ve had mine since feb 25 and it’s now April 20 and still haven’t received anything . Everytime is a different answer !! I’m bout to loose everything and I have 4 kids ! Crooks!

Dear Lord !!! @Hades479almighty  I’m so sorry! Here’s my thing. Turbo Tax needs to be HELD LIABLE with taking OUR HARD EARNED MONEY AND LETTING SOME RANDOM UNKNOWN BANK TAKE FUNDS OUT OF OUR REFUNDS! We deserve answers @@TURBOTAX GIVE US SOME FREAKING ANSWERS! We need People to tell us our tracking numbers on our checks as well we get BACK the random funds that this “TPG BANK” have taken out of our refunds ! No where did we sign anything for a third party to take our money ! We need to blow this up people !

Because the ONLY bull**bleep** that is on that piece of **bleep** webpage is one fkn page that says your NAME , your refund AMOUNT and how you selected to receive it . ALAS ! Even if you selected “direct deposit” you WONT get it in your bank account!! They took unauthorized funds from mine . I’m fkn livid . So to you Ma’am , maybe y’all should get real serious REAL fast because we are hot as hell . How can a BANK issue a “cashiers check “ WITH NO TRACKING NUMBER, NO DATE IT WAS ISSUED AND NO EXPLANATION WHERE MISSING FUNDS ARE GOING !!? Turbo tax , INTUIT AND TPG ARE ALL FKN JOKES !!! And all these so called “representatives” clearly are lacking brain cells because none of them know what the hell is going on . I’m so mad I’m going to keep getting on here until someone either gets their feelings hurt or I get my funds .

@MoniqueLO_  Please let these good people how they “contact TPG” concerning their matters …. lady have you tried to call ??? There’s literally a recorded message and you sit on HOLD FOR AN HOUR . And that’s IF you get lucky you MAY get someone on the phone . How can y’all seriously like sit behind a computer and type this bull**bleep** out and smear it all around and expect people to make since of it ! Y’all are just trying to cover up this bull**bleep** scheme y’all have going on ! I’ve already contacted my local news and have copied and pasted all of these comments . I use to get a an option for call back, not is seems they have taken that away too. I have been on hold everyday this week for two+ hours and then it hangs up. We are hard working people who can’t leave our jobs to stay on the phone for 2 hours. All we want to know is where our money is. This is unreal. Been waiting since March 16..@TurboTax

@Harley72chic  did you have fees taken out of your refund ? I mean did you select to pay your processing fees after you received your refund ? That’s what I selected . Which is why I believe why mine is taking wayyyyy to long . The webpage says I am not getting it direct deposited, it’s a “bank issued check” what was yours ?

I selected it before I filed. Yes they were taken out first, then my direct deposit it was super fast this year. Good luck

@Cdlump1  have you gotten your check now that you did the form? I submitted mine Tuesday and they said to wait to get a reference number to my email but I haven't gotten it yet. I'm wondering if you had better luck

@Stephani229  Hey love yes I got the reference number and they begin processing my new check told me give it 72 hours to be reprinted and then 7 business days to receive my hands been itching all morning so hopefully soon

I’m calling back next week. They said they have a high demand for reprints when I called and that they only send them out Wednesday & Friday

@jazmineivette Was that envelope your tax check? I got that on informed delivery today and my check should be mailed by now cause my  bank rejected it.

Going forward, you can avoid all this (and save the extra charge) by paying your TT fees upfront with a credit or debit card.  That way, your refund goes directly from the IRS to you.

Or, better yet, change your withholding so that you get more money during the year. Why give the government an interest free loan all year?
