How long does it take to get a check from tpg

I did receive my check almost a month ago but what I want to say is that it’s completely typical of TPG telling people it was mailed when in fact it wasn’t.  My check for instants, I was told  it was mailed 2/28/22 a s it didn’t actually get mailed until 3/18/22.

I called 04/06 when it was supposed to be deposited to find out about paper check -waited 2 hrs and 1 hr on hold and he hung up on me

called again 2 days ago said she put the request to send it out 7-10 business days 

no check yet :( my car payment is due my rent is due and my son has been hospitalized 2 times so I haven’t been working as I regularly do I’ve been using my savings and I really counted on this money to help me through this hardship and no one is taking accountability

Finally, I reached a live person at TPG today. I was sent the indemnity bond and was told to email it back to them. Snicker, snicker... I have emailed them over 30 times with no response. I was given a different email that was on the form by the person on the line. I was told 3 days to process after they receive the paperwork, another 7-10 days before I get a check. If am being optomistic another month or 90 days. Not holding my breathe when it comes to this Bank SBTPG. OHH yeah, I have to pay $30.00 to get a check sent out by them as well. I was informed that a check was maied out on 03/02/2022. So why so many different stories was I told. The person told me that the automated system and website is flawed and they are having problems with it. We have all heard that story before

I will email it to the 2 different emails that I have for them and I will also snail mail it to them as well. Fingers crossed, hairs and toes too.

Same thing is happening to me but it was turbo tax who put the wrong address and not the address I had filed my w2 under !!

What day'did'you'call? What day they told you? Because mine is addressed to old one but my forward mail went into effect March 7.

One rep told me my check was really mailed on 3/28 not 3/4 like I was originally told but the guy sympathized with me I guess. I'm gonna wait a little longer and if I don't have it by the end of the month I'm gonna do the form

If you do the form, you have to have a check number, date issued, go to a notary and pay $30 to get a check resent to you that you were to get in the first place..

I was told that I received a check on

3-2-22 by the rep on the phone today. I asked him why would I be calling almost everyday and sending multiple emails daily if I had received the check? He was flustered and stammered our an answer.

I filed a complaint with the Attorney General's office in California Wednesday. I got an email today Friday after I had finally reached a live person via phone. I was sent the form again and told to send it back. Also stated that they would overnight a check. Unfortunately I have since moved. If I cannot get the mailed there, I was told that it would go back to the IRS.  

FUNNY THING, I WAS NOT TOLD WHERE TO SEND THE FORM BY THIS PERSON. DO THEY ACTUALLY CHECK THEIR EMAIL?

How long did it take you to get your check ? With mine, I only see where they issued a check . Don’t see a date , can’t get anyone on the phone, and is just mind blowing . This bank needs to be blown UP

May I ask what number you called to get a rep ? And what numbers you dialed to actually get someone on the line ? My refund was changed magically from direct deposit to “pending bank issued check “ with no date . My refund was sent by the irs on 4/13/22. I’ve already written my local news station about what I’m reading and the utter fraud this bank is committing . I will get my freaking money !!!!!

My refund was sent by the Irs on feb 24 and I still haven’t received anything . I asked for a tracking number and can’t even get that . Turbo tax and sbtpg need to be held accountable for this mess

I’m in the same boat . All my info was correct . They were supposed to “direct deposit” mine as well and instead I see where they’ve issued a “pending cashiers check”. This is literally all I need right now . Have had back to back cardiac appts. This is not what my heart needs right now. And I’m sure NO ONE ELSE NEEDS THIS EITHER .

So true !! Everything ! Same exact experience I’m having and they lie and tell you something different everytime I’ve contacted them . So shady !!!!!
