Call the number on the back of your card
Press 2 to to enter card number or social security number followed by a message stating that your account is still blocked.
Press 2 to go back to main menu
Press 4 for more options
Press 5 to file disputes
Press 2 it no being an online order
Press 2 it not being due to unsatisfied with product.
Now that you wasted 4 minutes pressing buttons went a live representative is on. Literally seconds after pressing that last number 2. My account was unblocked in seconds

I received my 2nd card today cause my first card would not activate, it says to remove blocked card & my information does not match there records ! How do I fix this ? It even says tax refund has been put on my card , I just need to activate my card & remove the block ?? Has anyone else resolved this issue ? This has me worried reading others comments!
This doesn't work. It says you need to use the app to figure out why the block is on it and the app says it can't help us because of covid 19! I'm fed up with this crap.
I was told to talk to a representative that's the only way to get my block off! My block is on my card cause I lost my first card & had to have a replacement now I received my new card Saturday morning & while I waited on my new card my money was put on my card , I just need to get my card working now??
@Tammy19821 I can't talk to a representative. The number just gives you thr run around. Says my cards blocked to get on the app to fix it. I get on the app and it says it can't help me due to covid 19. I finally found a email and emailed someone last night. I'm waiting on a response. I've had this card since the beginning of the year. Idk why it's blocked like I had just used it.
