@Tammy19821 I can't talk to a representative. The number just gives you thr run around. Says my cards blocked to get on the app to fix it. I get on the app and it says it can't help me due to covid 19. I finally found a email and emailed someone last night. I'm waiting on a response. I've had this card since the beginning of the year. Idk why it's blocked like I had just used it.
