There is the blue status bar that is only half full on your main screen. That tells you if your refund has been accepted or not. Once it has been accepted the bar will progress further and give you an estimated date of deposit. It's usually pretty spot on to the day you will receive your money but you wont know the exact date until then. I usually log in every day until it tells me my estimated date.

Yes, the blue status bar is very helpful. You can check your refund status on "Where's My Refund?" . Typically you will receive your refund in about 21 days after you tax return has been filed with the IRS if you filed electronically and selected direct deposit. Please see more information in this TurboTax FAQ: https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/refund-status/help/when-will-i-get-my-irs-tax-refund/00/25589. Also once your tax return is accepted by the IRS you can get a pretty good idea of when you will receive your tax refund from the IRS based on the chart in the article link provided below, but please remember these are only estimates:
