For a lot of people the irs get my payment is telling them their info doesn’t match and locking them out 🙄 with no irs phone number to call. I have no idea what we’ll have to do

Did your irs get my payment show the last four of your social or did it say they needed more info? I’ve seen some post that the ss number ones were deposited but I have not seen the ones with more info saying they got theirs and that’s what mine said before it locked me out

@Tsmith246  mine had last four of social before I used up my allotment.  I then logged in with my wife's credentials and it stated the same thing. Only reason I know it worked is the text message and moving money with venmo. 

With all the confusion it would have made it 100x easier if TurboTax put out a psa stating if you had an advance your money is on the way bit it needs to be processed differently . When you elected for the advance TT had to change the bank info just makes sense if you stop and think about it🤷

Just went to the government stimulas page, entered my info and it said that they do have my direct deposit info. I received the IRS refund card!!! So I'm reading it as all who did the same will get a paper check. I did input my bank info and will now get DD. Suggest you all do the same, or at least look up your own info. hey guys I went on the IRS website and updated my bank info because they said the info on my turbo tax wasn't enough to deposit. Now the info is updated

I suggest everyone go to the government lookup page to see if they even have your DD from Turbo Tax. Didn't have mine......

It made me use my 2018 tax info because it wasn't working with my 2019. After I input the info it worked
