How do I get the prior year program so I can open the prior year return?

I bought 2019 and it seems to have accessed the 2018 info - but I cannot open the 2018 return.

Do you have the 2018 tax file ending in .tax2018?  Yes you need the 2018 Desktop program to open it.  If you paid for the Online version you can ask for the 2018 program download.  Or buy it here,
