You should receive a physical card in the mail within 5-10 business days after the IRS accepts your return.
Mine is set up but I can’t use the temp card info. I got my money about 1 hour ago
Mine temporary card info isnt working either 😩
Are there certain websites that accept the temporary card? Has anyone gotten the temp card to work?
I have tried so many websites. The card information keeps saying invalid and when I called the company and they said nothing was wrong with my account. Then they said they have to submit a ticket to tech-support there is something wrong because I can’t use mine
I have tried it on so many sites. A lot of people aren’t even telling me they are using their temporary card to send money to people and mine is not working at all. Tech-support said there was nothing wrong with my account
One support person told my sister she cannot use the temporary card.
I'm sure that's not the case or what's the point on getting an "Advance" if I have to wait for the actual card? The refund would have been in my bank account by then.
Are you able to see your advance balance?
Yes balance says $1000 when I called the card company they said card is fine but it’s still not working
This is a bit frustrating and disappointing.
Wait and the person I spoke to said the temp card is working fine but yet it’s not
Have you called and asked?
I haven't called myself yet.
They told me that when you’re using the temporary card info you have to run it as credit. I tried all that and it’s still not working when I called the company they said my card was fine but I kept telling them no it’s not something is wrong. Then they submitted my ticket to tech-support and it can take 24 to 48 hours
