You’re right. The online account has to be created to work.

My account is already set up. It was set up days ago I even have access to my temporary card info but it is not working. Every transaction is getting declined

It doesn't work on any cash card sites. Cashapp, PayPal, etc.

We have the info. No need to repeat this again.  The issue is the temporary card information we have doesn't work on any online website.

Yes and for nothing. The bank told me to run it as credit but even then it still doesn’t work
