You not know who you worked for during the most recent two years? The pdfs of your tax returns will not show you how long you worked for an employer, but the worksheets should show you the names of the employers. Or you can request a work history report from Social Security.

You can see your employment history from the copies of forms W-2 that you received in the last two years.
