How do I finish a return without any charge and how do I print off a return that was completed?

A 2021 tax return can no longer be e-filed using TurboTax.  You will have to print, sign, date the tax return and mail the tax return to the IRS.

If you paid for the online edition with a credit card you will need to contact TurboTax support so they can push a 2021 installation file to your download account at no charge.
