How do I continue entering my state's additional ID verification as there is no option for 'does not have an issue date' ?

Can you give us more information? What state and where is it asking for this verification?

Thank you for all the replies.  It was for VA.  It turns out the Issue date was VERY tiny and not obvious and I did eventually find it.  I was struggling because I could not file my state taxes without it.  I was able to file and on time.
