Hell i was tring to cancel my turbotax card endin in 7646 wen i called it said the card was cancelled out nd i will recieve a new one.but when i looked on the turbotax tax app it said money was taken off i need this card to b cancelled nd a new one reissued out to me can someone contaact me via email or phone [phone number removed] thanks lena

How do I cancel my lost card, and reorder a new one?

I ordered a replacement card it's been over 10 business days and when I call to get another one it ask for the last 4 digits of the card that's never been received and social security# doesn't work for that. I guess I'll have to pay another 5 for another card if I ever get to order one. This is complete nonsense 😠

Please select the option your refund has been deposited to a card you do not own. This will get you connected to the fraud department, where a live agent will be happy to assist you.

To report a card lost or stolen for your Turbo Visa Debit Card you can visit TurboDebitCard.com or call toll-free at (888) 285-4169 

Follow these steps:

  1. Listen to the recording (you cannot skip it) 
  2. Press 2 to continue using the automated system.
  3. The system will ask you to enter your 16 digit card number or if you don't know it, enter your social security number (do not enter either one of these).
  4. The system will then say " To report a card lost, stolen, or never received, Press 1", then press 1.
  5. Follow the prompts to report the lost/stolen card and request a replacement.

TurboTax does not have access to your account for the Turbo Prepaid Visa Card issued by Green Dot.
