How can I request to have a new turbo tax refund card sent?

I never registered the card on that link they ask for a card number if I had the card number I would not need the card cuz I would have the card

I need to report my card never received but the automatic voice system won’t let me speak to live representative. It keeps asking for my card number but how am I suppose to know my card number if I never received my card!?!?!

If you do not have your card number, you can enter your SS number and the system will identify you.
