How can I find and see pending deposit to my turbo card

Can't log on to the "turbo debit card" today, but went to IRS and found they didn't have information to complete the stimulus payment.  Even though I filed and had already received my refund via this crappy card.  I added my bank account information and it said it would be processed as soon as possible.

Sorry, but I highly doubt anyone has received the stimulus payment via this card.  Green Dot (who the card is actually with) is a rip off!  So I now have to find out how to close this damned account so the stop taking money from me!

Mine said the same thing so I filled it out then it says they will post an update there but they will also send me a letter with payment information did yours say the same thing?

No I read that online but I got a message on my phone they said that my stimulus check will be deposited on the 15th and I woke up this morning at 6 o’clock and it was there so maybe it’s just taking a couple of days because there’s probably a whole lot of people that uses TurboTax

Yes, mine said the same thing as you sgarcia0301   It said they didn't have enough information and I updated with my actual bank account information and got the screen saying they will update that page once per day.  Don't understand at all the problem with the turbocard (by GreenDot).  People do have to realize, Intuit (TurboTax) does not own or service the card, it is all GreenDot.  They're the same people (GreenDot), scammers use to steal money from you too!

Thats is the sad part is there’s no way to find out about a deposit until it deposits trust me I got a notification from TurboTax About my stimulus check but when I clicked on it it just took me to the site and didn’t tell me anything and I know it sucks but it’s kind of a hurry up and wait but as long as you file taxes on TurboTax and get the into a car you get it on that card I promise you I got mine today and if my ad word I take a screenshot of it and send it to you but I will let you guys know it would be in your best interest to transfer that money into your bank account just in case any kind of **bleep** ups happen

Trying to find out if my money has hit my Turbo prepaid credit card that I got from I cannot get ahold of them trying to find out if my coronavirus 19 playback check has come on there how did you talk to someone live could you please help me where I can get on there thanks I am really stressing out over this single mother just trying to make my bills paid and it's hard of doing all this internet stuff when you're not good at it

He probably won’t be able to talk with anybody your best bet is to call the one 800 number on the back of the card put your information in and it’ll tell you your balance
