Yes, mine said the same thing as you sgarcia0301 It said they didn't have enough information and I updated with my actual bank account information and got the screen saying they will update that page once per day. Don't understand at all the problem with the turbocard (by GreenDot). People do have to realize, Intuit (TurboTax) does not own or service the card, it is all GreenDot. They're the same people (GreenDot), scammers use to steal money from you too!
