Right that’s so true I’m on the same boat I know I few people that got it and I didn’t get anything in my turbo card

This TurboTax card sucks they even charge a monthly fee and even tho you don’t got the money in the card it stills goes to a negative balance plus no stimulus check this card suck and I won’t be doing my tax with you guys next year that’s a fact

Turbo tax is a joke used for 6 years in a row and have been getting told I owe money for every year I used it hunders of dollars. And now I need relief and your cards screwing me , I'm going to deff talk to a lawyer and see what legal action I can take

@Msk2625 I did my taxes in February and they told me I owed $91.00 right yesterday I sat on hold with the IRS for 2hrs and 15mins for the lady to tell me: 1. She doesn’t see that I E-Filed my taxes(which is the way I always do on TurboTax which is weird) AND THAT I DON’T OWE $91 SO YEAH there’s some explaining that needs to be done. Does anyone have any advice on how to take action?

I looked on my return and the routing and checking account number is on there for my turbo tax card yet it’s says they don’t have any of my direct deposit information it makes no sense

So I had to go to the irs page and update my direct deposit information so who knows how long it will be before I get my stimulus
