Please clarify your post, by adding more details that apply to your situation.  What payment method did you request to receive your return?

You didn't clarify your question correctly. You can receive payments by a check, prepaid card and even bank account. If you filed your taxes, you should have been able to choose with method you wanted to be paid by.
