Has anyone with TurboTax received their second stimulus check yet

Mine says the same thing. And I got the first stimulus check no problem.

@ecombs74 do you think that counts for me too if it’s just showing that they don’t have enough info available? I used turbo to pay the fee out of my refund , but I got the first stimulus no problem. So frustrating! And you are right such a weird coincidence for all of us TT customers!

@mchannel85 well this is super helpful info! Since we aren’t getting any info from turbo and apparently the IRS can’t answer our questions. So lame!!!

@EricPolinsky i have not. My status says ‘Unavailable ( we are working on it).’

I got my first payment no problem in April. I don’t get it but it’s so frustrating! And I did use turbo to pay the fees for the refund. I didn’t pay up front.

@DebCap same for me! I am so annoyed I really need this money, and no communication from the IRS or Turbo to tell us what is going on, is super frustrating.

• I completely feel your pain on that one because I am a 51-year-old single woman raising my 6 month old granddaughter As of December 23rd I have no more income until Long term disability starts which could be another . 3-4 weeks! I can't pay bills, spent 4 hours trying to contact Turbotax on phone and the ignorant b**** hung up on me after pushing my question off to the IRS then when I asked her what about the  problem and status of people's money being transferred into their bank? SHE HUNG UP!!!! Seriously waited hours for that call back! I'm completely done with them!!!!! Wow..No words that I can put on a public forum!

Exactly the same here! I'm just sick of everyone just dropping the ball and not taking responsibility for their job!!!!

Nope, I sure have not. Still waiting and the status keeps giving that weird response on the irs site. I hear many are being messed up/delayed as the refunds are being passed/intercepted through TurboTax and H&R Block before even heading to those they are supposed to go to.  Sure hope not! Turbo Tax better fix this issue ASAP or no one will be filing taxes with them

So my daughter did here taxes with turbo tax the free edition and got her money already I paid the 30 for better protection and have not received anything

So I just read the news report and all of us who paid turbo tax will have to claim it on our taxes which sucks cuz my student loans are going to take it all
