- I completely feel your pain on that one because I am a 51-year-old single woman raising my 6 month old granddaughter As of December 23rd I have no more income until Long term disability starts which could be another . 3-4 weeks! I can't pay bills, spent 4 hours trying to contact Turbotax on phone and the ignorant b**** hung up on me after pushing my question off to the IRS then when I asked her what about the problem and status of people's money being transferred into their bank? SHE HUNG UP!!!! Seriously waited hours for that call back! I'm completely done with them!!!!! Wow..No words that I can put on a public forum!
