Our return was accepted on 2/12/2021. We filed standard deduction with no other credits and we still haven't gotten refund. Neither has our Daughter who is a TurboTax customer as well.

Federal still pending tried calling the irs but the number isn’t working, I haven’t received any letters or notifications . It’s been a little over a month, help please
You'll need to track your refund on the IRS site.
I did and it’s still saying pending and it’s giving me a tax topic 152, Exactly what is it... and the number to talk to someone isn’t working
@Niknik0984 To find out more more about Tax Topic 52, please see the following information: Topic No. 152 Refund Information
I filed on2/19/2021 and turbo tax is telling me both state and federal were accepted within minutes. I looked at my irs transcript and it states; no return present for this account. I return to Turbo Tax and it states that my refund is on its way. So what is going on? The track my payment states there's no info available or I'm not qualified. Of course irs doesn't answer and I've been on hold with TurboTax for 49 minutes as of now. So frustrating...
There are a lot of delays for federal refunds this year. The IRS is working overtime to get stimulus payments sent out to you and process your tax returns. Per the IRS website IRS Operations During COVID-19: Mission-critical functions continue: Please visit here and see all services that have slowed down or been delayed due to Covid-19.
Once your tax return has been submitted, the most up to date information will come from the IRS. The IRS releases most refunds within 21 calendar days after the e-filed return has been accepted (received), not 21 days from the e-filing date.
To check on regular tax refund status via automated phone, call 800-829-1954. (This line has no information on Economic Impact Payments.)The only other way to know when your refund will be released is to use the IRS Where's My Refund tool. Until the IRS starts processing it on their own, you may not find record of it or the website may say that you have put in incorrect information when tracking your federal refund. As your return moves through the system, the status of it will be updated accordingly. Please see here for more information on checking the status of an e-filed return.
If accepted by the IRS use the federal tax refund website to check the refund status as it moves through the process here.
See the video in this link for a really good explanation of the process:

Well just an update. I've talked to the IRS after waiting 51 minutes on the phone. Their response to me was "we don't have an answer for you".
Okay you're the IRS the people responsible for sending out tax refunds and stimulus checks and you tell me you have no idea what's going on. Does that not infuriate anyone else but me. I still haven't gotten the second stimulus check. So now they tell me wait 10 weeks then call again. That's if you could get through it all.. it's so frustrating.
Unless you truly try to navigate the IRS website, the track my refund option tells you nothing. They give you the same message about how they're working on getting your refund or stimulus to you as quickly as they can ... that's it.
As I posted previously speaking to the IRS in person was even less helpful. They had no information on my refund or stimulus status. The IRS representative said they're working on it look for it within 10 weeks.
When asked further the rep said she had no information other than what she told me. It's the IRS. It's all their responsible for. How can every year be a disaster for them. Misplaced documents, over 3 million unopened returns, prior your return still sitting in trailers, if anyone knows a reason as to why they operate as they do without any responsibility or fault is beyond me. I wish someone would tell me why they're not helped to some sort of standard that is acceptable? Every year we hear the same thing from the IRS.
