i read all this stuff somebody typed about i guess these updates tbe irs is doing at night is suplose to correct all the issues  and guess we are suppose to have dates by tuesday the 28th we shall see

I updated my direct deposit on the 13th of April and and I am still getting the same message. Has anyone here w/ the same msg got the direct deposit yet?

I updated my info the first day the tool was available and have recieved the same message since. My taxes were accepted March 4th got state taxes back within a week still no federal I keep getting the same message on wheres  my refund it says your return is still processing and the page will update when their is a date

I'm in the same boat. I received mailed checks for my tax returns which i filed in January and have added my banking information into the payment portal the first day available on April 13. I'm still receiving the same message 

"You are eligible for the payment. Once we have your payment date, we will update this page.

We will deposit your payment to the bank account below..."

It will not be there.  I updated my info the day after the tool became available and mine still is not there with the same message about no date for the release of the money, but they will update. I have been waiting going on 2 weeks now. It takes 8 days my a$$. I have lost all faith in our gov't. I do everything as a citizen I should do, why can they not come through with what they have promised? I would rather them say there is nothing they can do, than to offer a ray of hope, and I sit around waiting, researching, and watch that ray diminishing a little everyday. I wish I could say I am surprised by this pitiful excuse of a childs attempt to help his fellow American. I am not in the slightest.  Good luck to everyone waiting. Keep your heads up, hopefully this too shall pass.

I updated my information on the 14th. Until the night of the 23rd when I would enter my information to check I was given a message they stated “currently we cannot determine you are eligible at the moment”. Then the 23rd when I checked it I started getting the “You are Eligible” message with my bank account information. But as of Saturday morning I still haven’t seen the money. I wonder when it will be deposited

hey the irs is doing work on the system someone posted here that they read a second wave of stimulus checks are being issued this weekend similiar to the first these checks are suppose to be going to people who updated their bank account info with the irs by the 22nd supp I se to have a date by the 28th we shall see

just incase you dont know closet i have found to letting the irs know there is a problem is they now have a survey you can fill out last question on there allows you to describe a probkem your gaving with the site i filled it out figure its a way to communicate with them might be a good idea for everyone to fill the survey out and lis that problem somebody there will see it and realize its a big problem its worth a shot cant hurt

I too updated my payment info April 15 and still waiting for a date.  I found a schedule of when paper checks will go out based on AGI, but can't find anything about when next direct deposits will fly.  At least give us a date, then everyone will stop wondering.
